Courses NOT Marked Complete
In order for a course to be marked as complete, you must view every page of the course, view entire video segments, answer every question, and score at least an 85% or higher on the overall course score for the course to be marked as completed.

I launched the course and it just says "Please Wait..." and never launches.
When launching courses, a "Security Box" sometimes appears. You must click OK in this box for the course to launch properly.

Courses do not retain book marking or do not mark as complete.
When studying from a course, you MUST EXIT PROPERLY for the course information to be retained.

  1. Only exit by clicking "EXIT" within the course. Do not exit by closing the course window.

  2. Some courses launch in a separate window and retain the original window behind it. When EXITING the course, DO NOT close the original window until the message on the screen says its OK to do so.
